  Wonderful staff, visited every couple of weeks to sew what we could pick up on offer. Prices are a bit steep when things are full price but when it's reduced it's not too bad and they're really really good cakes.

  I have contacted the business many times, their response is "sorry to lose you as a customer". They should be finding out what the problem is, and tasting their cakes.

  We have tried lots of different cakes, all have a funny taste. The pavlova had a chemical taste and the chocolate on other cakes had a not very nice, orange taste.

  The chocolate tasted off. As we have tried a large variety of cakes over the past few years and have not liked any of them, I wonder if they are frozen cakes that haven't been stored properly. For so many to taste so bad over a long period of time. Something is going wrong and should be investigated.

  Have you changed the recipe because I have brought this before and always liked it my favourite. I also found the cinnamon on top far too overwhelming, I can't recall cinnamon on top before had to drown it in cream and the biscuit base tasted quite stale .Quite disappointing as it was a birthday cake
