  My appointment with at one Dr was very short. He didn't answer my question and just took my blood pressure before dismissing me. When I said I still had questions he told me I needed to make another appointment next week as he can only deal with one problem each consult. He seemed angry and so I left. I didn't even want my blood pressure taken! He had someone else's chart on the computer when I got into the room and was writing notes in it while I was telling him my problem. I could see what he was writing. I wondered if he would do the same in front of the next patient. I have tried other Drs at this surgery and they don't seem much better

  Nice doctors and staff. Always a big wait though. I have never gone in for an appointment on time. Average wait is 30mins past my appointment.

  You spend longer in the waiting room then actually with the doctor and they charge you 65 dollars for 5 minutes even though you were bulk billed previously and you have a healthcare card. These doctors are robbing their patients and don't deserve the right to call themselves people helpers more like money pinchers.

  Haven't had a problem with them in years. Took off 1 star as sometimes you wait a little long. But not everything is instant these days. Between the 3 different doctors my family sees they are all a1

  Warning it you are lucky to get a doctor to bulk bill you be warned you will get charged eventually and you will not be told previously and you can get an appointment unless you paid the bill and the will not send your medical files to another medical centre until you pay your bill..... it the manager of the centre that need to be replaced

  The Drs seem to not respect the staff when they talk to them. The receptionists seem nice . Im definitely going to go somewhere else , my friend sees a Dr who bulk bills and gets treated like a human being

  I usually think you get what you pay for but this surgery is NOT bulk billing however the wait is long, the apt short and Drs not very friendly.
