5 stars - Absolutely love this practice! The reception staff are always so welcoming and friendly. As a long time patient at Aspire--with most of my friends now also taking on my recommendation to visit-- I have nothing but warm words to say on behalf the doctors and nurses, all of whom have been so good to me these past few years.

Most horrible experience. I went for a Tetanus injection after being attacked by a dog. I was given a Meningococcal Vaccine. As I was leaving I was called back inside out of my car to be told what had happened. I then had to sit through the Tetanus injection for another round of trauma. I am now not sure if I recieved the tetanus at all. What if it was the wrong box picked up twice, since they look so similar (this is what the doctor said). I then needed my medical report to give to the police. I could not possibly go back to the centre so I asked my partner to get it on the way home. My partner was denied the report and had to drive 45 mins back home for me to write a letter saying she can pick it up. Avoid this place.

Dr Kamal, is a useless doctor, and left me suffering from a long term fungal infection in my ears, he was my doctor for 5 years... It took a lovely base doctor 30 seconds to diagnose my problem, and provide me with a resolution which Kamal had not provided me since I had first intinally complained about the problem over a year ago. I hope they enjoy the AMA and health ombudsmen on their case for negligence and malpractice.

I love this practice! The receptionists and nurse are lovely, friendly and always welcoming.. Dr Kamal has been amazing for me and with treating the many physical and mental health problems I have had through the years.. 5 stars from the Mills-Steele family!
