Good quality food and fast service. Very popular with local residents.

Absolutely not worth it at all. Steak burgers were disgusting and the chicken wraps were drowned in sour cream. .. All in all, never goin back

A week or so back coming to the end of the school holidays we decided we'd get some fish cocktails and chips takeaway, was quite busy and we were told that it'd be around a 30 minute wait. Talked to an old mate, then sat in the car for thirty minutes, came in wasn't ready and our number wasn't far off. We sat outside for another twenty-five minutes. I'd noticed three numbers behind us had been called so I asked what'd happened and said we'd been waiting for an hour. "We've misplaced the order I was told." The lady was quite apologetic and really nice and we were reinstated, but one lady on the fryer's was mumbling something along the lines of "An hour? They weren't there for an hour" And we had been. Despite this occurrence the food was good as usual. The staff tend to be really nice usually.

Only place I buy fish. Red Emperor my choice. Always same excellent quality. They told me once, if we wouldn't eat it, we won't sell it.

By far, The best old fashioned "traditional" fish n chips in town. Huge fish burgers, Plate size cod. Amazing chips. Great happy smiley staff. Excellent value for money. If you had fish n chips in the old days, this shop will take you back!
